NSR Online Courses provides online educational services. Read the terms and conditions before you subscribe. By clicking “Subscribe,” you confirm that you are 18 years old and have read the terms and conditions and you accept them.

1- Definitions
NSR is the North Star Realize Incorporation that is registered in Ontario, Canada under the number 1000174808.
“We, us, our” means NSR.
“You” means the person agreeing to these Terms.
Content means any hardware or software materials delivered to the users.
Online Courses is any service provided by NSR including, but not limited to, live classes, hardware and software contents, and all associated services.
Payment Processor means the NSR’s third-party payment gateway provider.
Cancellation Period means the 14-day cancellation period for English Online described in clauses 11.5 to 11.7 of the General Terms and Conditions.
2- Subscription
Choose your plan and click “Subscribe”. Follow the process and fix any errors before submitting the order. Once your payment is received and deposited in the designated bank account, you will receive an e-mail that confirms the order. Receiving the confirmation e-mail will enable you to access the dedicated course.
3- Payment
The prices include the applicable taxes and charges unless otherwise stated. In addition to the advertised prices, your credit card provider may charge more fees. You can use a credit card, debit card, or e-wallet. Your personal information is secured and protected. NSR uses a Payment Processor. Therefore, it requires providing some necessary information including the user’s name, financial details, address, telephone number…etc. The payment processor processes your order using a secure link.
4- Online Courses
The Online Courses page has a description of all online service options. Choose the appropriate course plan and follow the subscription process. You are responsible for attending all classes within the expiry date of each option.
5- User Obligations
It is your responsibility to have the necessary devices and services to access and use our Online Courses such as a desktop, a laptop, an iPad, internet service etc.
You agree not to share your credentials with any users.
You agree not to disrupt or interfere with the content of our Online Courses.
NSR is not responsible for the content of the messages and comments posted by users to their colleagues during the Online Course period. These messages and comments do not represent the NSR in any way.
You agree to respect the other users. Users are not allowed to say or send any comments or materials that may abuse, offend, harass, or threaten other users. NSR has the right to suspend or cancel the subscription of a user when s/he violates these rules.
You agree not to misuse, change, modify, add, delete, or share any files or data created, owned, or provided by NSR.
6- Cancellation Terms
One-to-One Course/Class Cancelation Based on circumstances, the user can reschedule some classes due to circumstances such as medical issues, traveling…etc. However, you must send an apology 24 hours before the class. Based on the prior permission, you can book another class within the date of your course. If you cancel the class in less than 24 hours, you cannot reschedule the class and the class credits will be lost. You cannot cancel a course after attending the diagnostic test and the demo lesson. If NSR cancels a class due to technical issues, the class will be rescheduled. If NSR cancels a course, you will be refunded for the unused classes. Group Course Cancelation You cannot cancel a course after attending the diagnostic test and the demo lesson. You have the legal right to cancel your subscription within 2 weeks (14 days) and receive a full refund if you subscribe but you never attend any class due to personal circumstances. If NSR cancels a class, the class will be rescheduled. If NSR cancels a course, you will be refunded for the unused classes.
7- Intellectual Property
NSR has the property of all the content materials and services. Therefore, you cannot use, modify, or republish any of the illustrations, images, graphics, texts, video, or audio sequences for any reason without our prior written approval. You are not also permitted to remove the trademark, copyright, or other proprietary notices.
8- Limitations of Technology
NSR will do its best to provide the best online course services. However, there might be some temporary interruptions due to technical difficulties, maintenance, testing, or updates for certain purposes. Therefore, there is no guarantee that the Online Courses will be error-free. In addition, we are not responsible for any delays, failures, loss, or damage resulting from internet networks and other facilities.
NSR has the sole and absolute discretion to cancel, add, modify, or eliminate any part of the Online Courses.
