Our mission is to advance the capabilities of learners and educators by integrating innovative technologies with rich, evidence-based learning experiences to cultivate an inclusive and adaptive environment where self-directed learning is systematically nurtured—empowering learners to take ownership of their developmental pathways while equipping educators and trainers to serve as facilitators, mentors, and designers of purposeful learning programs—thereby enabling all individuals to achieve their full potential and develop the competencies required to excel in a rapidly changing, 21st-century world.
Fadi Saad, Founder of North Star Realize
With two decades of experience in English language teaching and over 11 years in curriculum design, Fadi Saad has dedicated his career to educational innovation. He holds a B.A. from Damascus University, Syria, and an M.A. from UMT, Malaysia, and is currently pursuing his PhD at UMT, Malaysia. At North Star Realize, he leads the planning and design of educational programs, driven by a passion for transforming education. Fadi is committed to empowering learners with autonomy and competencies and supporting educators in delivering meaningful learning experiences fully aligned with the vision of fostering curiosity, independence, and purposeful engagement for success in the dynamic 21st-century world.
Building on this experience and vision, the founder established North Star Realize to translate expertise into innovative educational programs and resources.
Founding and History
North Star Realize (NSR) is built on more than two decades of experience in English language teaching and curriculum design. Since 2010, the founders drawing on hands-on classroom expertise and a passion for improving educational practice have worked closely with schools, institutes, and colleges. In these early years, they taught learners while also designing, reviewing, and refining high-quality curricula and educational content.
Experience in Educational Program Design (2011–2021)
From 2011 to 2021, the founders contributed to the development of educational programs for both adult and early-childhood learners. This period strengthened their instructional philosophy and reinforced a commitment to self-directed learning design, learner autonomy, and purposeful educator facilitation.
Establishment and Growth (2022–Present)
In 2022, this accumulated expertise led to the founding of North Star Realize Inc. in Canada, a publishing and education company dedicated to advancing learning in the 21st century. Since then, NSR has developed an educational platform that integrates professional experience with innovative technologies and evidence-based learning models. The platform is designed to enhance educators’ capabilities and equip learners with the autonomy and competencies needed to succeed in a rapidly changing world.
Today, NSR continues to expand its platform, resources, and services to support learners and educators worldwide. The institution is committed to delivering curiosity-driven, independent, and purposefully designed learning experiences. It strives to make every learning experience meaningful, transformative, and memorable whether learners are pursuing study, career development, supporting their children’s learning, or lifelong personal growth.

With 15 years in graphic design, I've collaborated with AVSI, various publishing companies, and now lead the design team at North Star Realize Inc. My work focuses on creating book designs that simplify educational content for children. Holding a B.A. in Fine Arts from Damascus University, Syria (2010), I'm dedicated to enhancing learning through design.
Muhammad A. Jarroud
Educational Consultant & Trainer
I serve as an educational and administrative consultant, applying my expertise as a supervisor and certified trainer to a wide range of educational initiatives. Previously, I directed the Preparatory Year Program at the University of Shaqra, Saudi Arabia, where I focused on developing and reviewing educational content and learning materials.
In addition to consultancy, I prepare and present live broadcast educational programs and specialize in training related to learning difficulties. My academic journey began with a bachelor's degree in Arabic and Islamic Studies from Beirut, Lebanon.
